Even though the pond is small and often filled with foliage during the hotter months, it's worth a look if you are in the area as it's possible to see some unexpected nice birds in the area. Water fowl like kachna divoká and čírka obecná have been seen feeding in the water with their young and ťuhýk obecný likes to hunt dragonflies and other insects in the area. bekasina otavní has been seen by the pond in spring time and a bit rarer sighting of a slavík modráček have been spotted there during the migration season.
