There is a feeding area in the domain. You can also take walks. Birds you can see include Southern Screamer, Rufescent Tiger-Heron, Green Ibis, Southern Lapwing, Monk Parakeet and Pauraque. Pousada Piuval is located in the north of the Pantanal, 15 km south of the city of Poconé. You can explore the area with a guide and an open jeep. You can get off and walk at various places.
