The area around the Porte de Drossart parking is a coniferous forest with several open spaces. In this area you can find the local subspecies of Ořešník kropenatý. Of course also plenty of other forest birds can be observed in the area.

Access
Porte de Drossart is a big parking located 10 km south of Eupen. Press P on the map for directions to the parking. From the parking there are numerous trails to explore the forest. The circular walk indicated on the map is about 3 km, but you can easily extend the walk.
