The Bufferbekkens (water storage basins) in the Pieter Verhaeghestraat in Kuurne are located in an agricultural area. The basins attract birds and on the basins and in the surroundings some nice birds can be seen. Among the birds you can see here are volavka bílá, slavík modráček, volavka popelavá, pěnice černohlavá, čejka chocholatá, kulík říční, rákosník obecný, rákosník proužkovaný and ústřičník velký.
