Bois de Silly is a beech and oak forest with carpets of spring flowers. It is an ideal birding area for woodpeckers. You can see five different species: strakapoud prostřední, datel černý, žluna zelená, strakapoud velký and strakapoud malý. But also good for other forest birds like včelojed lesní, brhlík lesní, puštík obecný and šoupálek krátkoprstý.
