Description
Its an easy walk around the Curtain Fig Tree on a well constructed wide boardwalk suspended above the forest floor but not at canopy height. When the figs are fruiting its great to see the likes of Wompoo Fruit-Dove, Superb Fruit-Dove, Rose-crowned Fruit-Dove and Barred Cuckooshrike in the canopy while the Australian Brushturkey scrape around the forest floor.

Access
If leaving Yungaburra take the Gillies Range Rd towards Atherton and turn right onto Curtain Fig Rd. You'll see the pull in parking pretty soon after. Click on the P in the map for directions or coordinates. The walk itself is short (not much more than 200m) but if things are fruiting there can be alot of activity and edge habitat is often easier then under the canopy so do take the time to look around the carpark and road areas safely. There are no toilets but some are nearby in Yungaburra.
