Description
Djimla Forest is also known as Forêt de Bouafroune. The forest sits at an elevation of 1,287 meters. It is a mixed forest with clearings where Algerian Nuthatch and lejsek atlaský can be observed. Other birds that have been spotted include sup bělohlavý, orlík krátkoprstý, orel nejmenší, puštík maghrebský, dudek chocholatý, vlha pestrá, Levaillant's Woodpecker, krkavec velký and Žluva hajní.

Djimla Forest is located south of the town of Djimla (marked with 1 on the map). It is best to explore the forest with a guide.
