Description

Margam Country Park is mostly noted for the mammals including deer, fox, badger, voles, bats and squirrels. Bird list includes Isfugl, Grønsisken, finches, Engpiber, Spurvehøg, Rød Glente, Tårnfalk, Musvåge, Vandstær and Bjergvipstjert. See also link to Margam wildlife website below.

From Cardiff or Swansea, exit M4 at Margam, junction 38. Nearest train station Port Talbot. Bus from Margam every 30 minutes. The walking route shown is about 6km/4 miles.
