The island Furillen is strategically located during bird migration. Making it a prime stopover for migrating waterfowl, waders on the coastal meadows, and passerine bird in the forests. Migrating waterfowl can also be seen passing by.

Access
The island of Furillen is connected to the island of Gotland by a bridge. To get to Gotland from the mainland you have to take a ferry or fly. There are 2 parking spots at the Furillen nature reserve in the northern part of the island. These are next to the birdwatching towers. Click on the P in the map to get directions.
