Description

Situated at the top of the village of Teixeira is the 'Miradouro', a place with fantastic views in all directions. A great place for spotting raptors like Golden Eagle, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Booted Eagle, Sparrowhawk, Red Kite and Griffon Vulture. But the surroundings also bring nice birds like Common Quail, Red-legged Partridge, European Turtle Dove, Common Cuckoo, Red-necked Nightjar, Eurasian Scops Owl, Eurasian Hoopoe, European Bee-eater, Golden Oriole, Woodchat Shrike, Iberian Magpie, Wood Lark, Crested Lark, Red-rumped Swallow, Sardinian Warbler and Dartford Warbler.
