Description

This wetland area with peat and quag-mires is nice during summer for Jack Snipe, Spotted Redshank and other eastern wetlandbirds. Other birds you can encounter are White-tailed Eagle, Wood Sandpiper, Western Yellow Wagtail, Short-eared Owl, Common Ringed Plover, Tufted Duck, Hen Harrier and Great Grey Shrike.

Park near main road, walk 300 m into the area. Do not enter the very wet parts due to dangerous muddy conditions! Click on the P in the map for directions.
