Le Grand Pré is a wetland with a pleasant walk and a small hide overlooking a body of water during autumn / winter and spring. Can dry out during high summer months. During spring and autumn the reedbed supports large numbers of migrating Reed Warbler and Sedge Warbler, and Barn Swallow and Sand Martin use the area as a roost. A morning visit shows it to its best advantage with sunshine lighting up the reeds.
