A superb site, overlooking the gorges, between forests of thornbushes, oaks and cliffs.
A 7 km hike, starting from Bourgarie, a small hamlet of old houses sheltering House Sparrow, Barn Swallow, Black Redstart, but also Cirl Bunting and, with luck some Rock Sparrow.
This hike continues in the middle of the pines, at the top of the gorges, where you can see Griffon Vulture. In the pines, the Crested Tit, Marsh Tit, Eurasian Blue Tit and Common Chiffchaff will let themselves be observed. Halfway through, at the Cinglegros ladders, you will have a magnificent view of the gorges. From here you will observe the Griffon Vulture, but also Eurasian Black Vulture, Booted Eagle, and even with a little luck, Golden Eagle or Egyptian Vulture may pass right over your head. The Alpine Swift and Crag Martin will also probably be there.
Continuing the hike in the middle of the pines, on a fairly sandy path, you will arrive in a plain, with a few scattered hedges and bushes. From here, it's likely that a group of Red-billed Chough will land on the ground looking for food. The Cirl Bunting, Yellowhammer, Rock Bunting and Ortolan Bunting will make you enjoy their songs. You will also be able to observe Subalpine Warbler and Greater Whitethroat, who will alert you with their songs. And some more Griffon Vulture . Continuing on the path, you will arrive at your starting point, la Bourgarie.

You can park at Bourgarie, in one of the two car parks. The hike is only accessible on foot.
