Description
Gradski Park Bihać is located along the fast flowing mountain river Una. In the winter there are hundreds of ducks, mainly Stokkönd. Some other duck species can be seen like Gargönd, Grafönd and Urtönd. In the trees there are common birds like Flotmeisa, Blámeisa and Barrspæta. In spring other birds can be seen in nearby trees at the park migrating back to the mountains above. Also at the park in spring you can see Hettusöngvari, Bókfinka and some other species. During the breeding season, outside the city you can see Fossbúi and Gulönd who nest nearby. Also other species like Hvítstorkur, Gráhegri and Músvákur.
